Set on a hilltop just outside Albufeira, known as the Eagle's Hill (Cerro da Águia) this villas offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.

Large windows and patio doors lead out to a south facing terrace with heatable (optional extra) infinity pool, brick barbecue, two seating areas and sun loungers, affording an unforgettable panoramic sea view.

All bedrooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms and fitted wardrobes and most of them have patio doors leading out to south facing terraces.

Some of the Algarve's best beaches, like Galé, São Rafael and Salgados (amongst others), as well as a high quality supermarket and several quality restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin Stars, are located within a very short drive. Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 5 min. drive.

The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (chicken with spicy sauce), banks and cake shops is just a 10 min drive away.

Just outside Guia you will find Zoomarine, an amusement park with an aquarium with dolphin shows, a zoo with other animal shows, rollercoasters and water slides (great for kids) and the second largest shopping centre in the region, with many shops, restaurants, cinema and a supermarket.

The nearest golf course and nature reserve, with lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching) are in Salgados (2 min. drive).

For a great family day out, there is a choice of water parks, a zoo with mini golf and a karting track, all within a 30 min. drive.

This property was fantastic in every way, we enjoyed a wonderful family time in a top quality villa A great villa with top quality fixtures & fittings. Location was great overlooking Albufeira Marina. A car however is essential as taxis were impossible to order. The villa was ideal for children & adults as the games room provided something for everyone. Plenty of room in and around the villa to be together or to enjoy your own space. We holidayed with 4 different families and we all had a fantastic time. The local shop & fish market is a short car ride away and provided most of our essentials. We would fully recommend this villa and will definitely be returning soon.
