Villa divisée en 3 espaces avec leur propre cuisine, toilettes et sdb (1 ou 2). Emplacement idéal pour être tranquille. Piscine et extérieur très agréable Seul bémol, l'adresse est mal indiquée pour trouver le logement. Le logement est géré par l'agence KAISER. Ils sont très gentils et réactifs (nous avons rencontré un problème avec un robinet qui fuyait, il a aussitôt été remplacé le lendemain)

I loved each and every moment of pur Portugal holiday, starting with the reservation of Villa Barreto and ending with the handing over the keys. The process of booking was very simple, Ann' s kindness and professionalism are outstanding. The indications received were exceptional, so even if our plane landed very late in the evening, we managed to enter the villa without problems. Villa Barreto is huge, very clean and you can find everything you need in it. It is very calm and very spacious. Everything is functional and the garden with the pool are superb. One of the best holidays ever! Will definitely book again with AHR and I recommend it to everyone.

Just a quick email to let you know we had a great holiday in Villa Barretto after arriving 4 hours late!! We were very impressed with the transfer from the airport, was so good to be met and whisked away immediately getting out of the airport! The pick of keys was also very smooth and we were delighted with the villa. It was absolutely perfect for us all to be together but have our own privacy. The children loved the pool and spent most the holiday in it! They also loved the table football and swing. I would definitely recommend AHR and hope to go back to Portugal in the future. Echt tolles Haus! Viel Platz um das Haus, schöner Garten mit herrlicher Pool. Das Haus besitzt alles was Mann brauchen könnte. Von tv, wifi bis Toaster, grosser Kühlschrank und Sangria Kanne.

My extended family including a baby and toddler stayed at Villa Barreto in August. It was a perfect villa- with the 3 separate but connected apartments - for a large group that included older aged children who needed their own space. We enjoyed the privacy and security of walled and gated accommodation. Ample sun loungers and a lovely well maintained pool. The family enjoyed many evenings taking advantage of barbecue and alfresco dining.. Good restaurants within walking distance. We would recommend a hire car to access beaches and shops. We will be back.

This villa was great for our group of 11 friends, 3 self contained apartments across the whole villa, we had the perfect mix of privacy but also the benefit of staying in a holiday villa for our week in Portugal. Great location - this villa feels remote while also being right next to Salgados Palm Village resort, a really modern and large resort. We found the location of the villa great to the Marina, old town and new town for the nightlife. 10-15 mins in a taxi and we were in Albuferia. The villa service was great, staff were really accommodating and happy to help throughout our stay. Great bbq area outside by the pool for evenings. Would recommend car hire for supermarket trips at a minimum as the nearest Aldi/Lidl is 15 mins away, but there are some small concenience shops in walking distance. Overall great holiday!

We had a wonderful family holiday in this villa. It is very comfortable and well equipped with the added benefit of being split into three separate units to give each family group their own space. The villa is located in a quiet area and we would recommend having the use of a car to get around. The local village of Vale de Parra, with shops and restaurants, was about a 15-20 min walk. There are also two local restaurants, serving great food, in walking distance. Aldi and Apolonia supermarkets also easy to get to by car. We booked this villa through Bugan Villas with no problems and it was managed locally by Kaiser Properties, who were excellent in responding to any communication we had with them. A great time was had by all!

This villa really suited our needs, 3 self contained units, sharing a pool perfect for families spanning the generations, lots of family time but also time on your own. We stayed with our son, daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren. Villa was superb had everything you could want. Lovely and clean, and the maid service was good. Would love to go back again

Enjoyed a wonderful time with my family for a week just ahead of Easter. The villa is wonderful for a family to enjoy a break together especially if the weather is nice as it was for 6 days out of 7 for us. We were 3 couple and two 15 year old girls so the villa just about worked for us inside although with three self contained sections within the one bungalow it wouldn’t work for everyone. So all in all we had a fantastic break and would recommend both the villa and the surrounding area highly

A quiet and relaxing week We had a great holiday and would return to this villa. The layout of 3separate apartments was perfect for us (10adults and one baby) as it guarantees privacy. Each apartment is spacious and clean. The villa is secured with large gates. I would love to give this property five stars however we found that the BBQ area is poorly lit and hard to use once the sun goes down. Also the bathroom in apartment B had a smell, I know the management were working on this as we were leaving. The villa is situated in a lane- guaranteed peace and quiet. Within a ten mins walk there are two beautiful restaurants- museu and prima pasta.

As this villa had three seperate apartments it worked well for our family. We all had our own space with the advantage of being together when we wanted. Garden area large with plenty of seating for sunbathing and eating. The children never got out of the large pool. Although a little away from the old town, taxis were reasonable and we loved a local Prima Pasta restaurant. Local supermarkets were a bit of a trek, but not too far. Beach a good 25 minute walk which we found fine.
