Perfect Location We stayed in this lovely villa for a week and had a wonderful time. With the beach just across the road, fabulous ice cream parlour just up the road and the lovely Old Town of Albufeira a short easy walk away this was a great holiday for our family. Villa is comfortable, small pool was a success with the youngsters when not at the beach and the roof terrace was a wonderful spot to sit with a morning coffee watching the day begin or in the evening watching the moon over the sea. Waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean was heavenly. We eat out mostly but the kitchen was very well equipped should you wish to self cater. Lovely big fridge freezer for our goodies and drinks. I would love to come back here in the very near future. Been coming to Albufeira for over 10 years and this villa has been my favourite by far.

Happy Days! The location of this property was perfect and had added bonus of the roof top to spend lazy days soaking up the sun with plunge pool to cool off. Close to all amenities but far enough away not to hear unwanted noise late at night. Very short walk to the gorgeous beach and ice cream parlour. Great help from Ana prior to the trip and Monika while we were there. Would definitely book again!

Highly recommend! Perfect location, 5 minute walk from the old town square but quite around the villa, and on the beach. The villa was perfectly clean and the pool well maintained. Ruff top terrace was definitely the highlight! Thank you again!

Villa so good that people were stopping to have their photos taken in front. Everything excellent. Villa had everything we needed. Highlight was ocean facing balcony with small plunge pool. Good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Brilliant location being near old town and also walk g distance of new town - about 30 minutes with steep hill to start. Great cafe at top of hill to refresh. (Hot Spot). Walk to old town is less than 10 mins and escalators take you to beach level. All in all I consider this to be the perfect villa. Comfortable for six people and ensured we had a great stay.

The location is amazing! It is a short walk to all the action but very quiet at the house. A short walk down to the nicest part of the beach right outside the house. It was very hot this week so it was wonderful to be so close to the beach plus have our own small pool to cool off in. The large sun deck is great to hang out on . We had a problem with the air conditioning but the management company was very quick to address the problem and replace the whole unit the next day and do a great job of cleaning up any mess. All the amenities suited our group of 6 adults very nicely.

Cenário deslumbrante!!! A casa tem uma localização top. Literalmente em cima do mar(atravessar a rua e descer 66 escadas e estás na praia do Inatel). A parte superior tem um cenário com vistas para o mar...

We had terrific holiday at Beira-Mar. The apartment had everything needed for a wonderful stay! It’s a real quirky house with all modern conveniences but still maintaining much of the old rustic charm. The sea front location was perfect only few steps away from Albufeira old town. Then there is the private roof terrace with its magnificent sea views. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect villa I really don't want to write this review as to be honest as I don't want anyone else to know about this villa as I want It again! Perfect location lovely terrace. This place has everything you can imagine and more from views to cutlery and cooking utensils! Absolutely everything has been thoroughly thought through! I would love to say I was horrible just so no one else knows about it but it really is just perfect! Just don't tell anyone!!

Perfect location, everything we needed! The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. Wifi in villa was an added bonus! Few minutes walk from the escalator to old town or mini train to new town. Pool was clean and air con was lovely and cool in the roasting heat. Nice size fridge freezer for chilled wine and beers! Nice and quiet too as on a private road. We travelled as 3 couples and would definitely return to thus villa

Simply perfect We researched as much as possible before booking this house but when we arrived our expectations were surpassed. You have a beautiful view over the atlantic. The location is very quiet, maybe 1 car every 30 minutes. The waves and sea gulls are the only thing you hear most of the time :) The kitchen (and the house altogether) is very well equiped. All rooms had air conditioning. You can reach the beach in less than a minute! We all agreed to come again. Even several taxi drivers said this house is in one of the best locations in Albufeira. Definite 5 stars.

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette maison !! Celle-ci est très jolie et très bien entretenu, elle correspond tout à fait au photos de l'annonce !De plus la maison est vraiment propre ! La vue sur la mer est impressionnante, et la piscine même si elle est assez petite est un vrai plus. A 10 minutes de marche se trouve un hypermarché, les bars ( qui restent ouvert jusqu'à 4H du matin l'été) sont aussi à une dizaine de minutes dans le vieux albufeira. Par contre pour les discothèques, il faut prévoir de prendre un taxi pour se rendre a Vilamoura mais cela est très peu cher. En bref, cette maison est parfaite pour un séjour entre amis! Nous étions cinq filles et nous nous sommes éclatés! Rien ne manque !

5 of us stayed here and I have to say after looking at most of the aparmtents/villas in Portugal this had the best view. It was only a 5 minute walk into the old town where there are some lovely bars and places to eat. The roof terrace was great for sun bathing as you always had the sea breeze and it was nice to dip in the pool if wanted to cool down. This has to be the best holiday I have been on in 5 years. Great place

The house itself is exactly as in the photographs so I don't need to go into that. However, what is not apparent in the photographs is the proximity to Albufeira old town. It was a maximum 5 minute walk. This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The agent was a pleasure to deal with and as we arranged our transfers through them as well the check in and check out process was hassle free. The driver had our keys and welcome pack and dropped us off at the door. They also provided our return transfer and were spot on time. The only reservation I have about writing this review is that it may be fully booked when we wish to return.

Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in diesem Dmonizil in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus, die Lage einfach Klasse. Auch die Betreuung durch den örtlichen Verwalter ist Vorbildlich. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer und nur wenige Schritte zur Altstadt bringt sehr viel Abwechslung. Dieses Haus kann man nur empfehlen

First rate property, discription of the Villa was accurate with modern fitting and fixtures. Location to Town was les than 6min away walking. The only down side was the small pool needed to be made more secure for the safety of small children and better arangement made for collection of the key from the Villa agents . Would book this Villa again

There were 6 of us girls celebrating our special birthdays and we had a ball. There is everything you need and more except maybe for more mirrors as you can imagine 6 of us getting ready to go out and also an extra key or two in the event some want to go home a little earlier than others. Other than those minor details I would thoroughly recommend this property as it has everything, location, views, space the lot !!!!!

Just returned from a very enjoyable week, made more special by the excellent accomodation. Perfectly situated, less than 5 mins and you are in the centre of the Old Town, approx 10 mins and you are on The Strip. Very well equiped and sitting on the upper terrace in the evening is special, will definitely return. Only one negative comment.....When you have lots of females getting ready to go out with the time they spend in the bathroom you need mirrors in the bedrooms!!!! That said would recommend to all holiday makers: Old, young and families.

We simply loved our stay in this unique and villa. It is very cosy and ful of character. The beach is just on the other side of the road!!! The named road is closed for traffic, making this villa a peaceful retreat, close to Albufeira old town, with many pubs, shops, restaurants and live shows (great nightlife). The sea views from the large roof terrace are simply amazing... we loved to sunbathe up there or have dinner watching the sun go down in the sea. The little swimming pool was very much appreciated, especially by the kids. The villa was very clean and fully equipped. The local management office cared for us extremely well. We could not be happier. This was definately one of our best holidays. We will be back very soon.

My family and i were there for summer 2009, the house is big, and very well decorated. The Kitchene has everythiing you cane imagine, very well equipted. The beach is right in front, you only have to pass the street. Dining on the roof top is amaizing, you can hear the sea. The location is good, you don´t need a car, everything is nearbuy. Very Clean house. I recommend this property

We stayed at this villa for 3 nights in July and could not be happier. The villa is only about 5 minutes walk to Albufeira old town (but in a nice and quiet location) and is right next to the beach. It is very well maintained and well equipped for a very comfortable stay. We loved the roof terrace. It was the perfect spot for breakfast and to catch the early morning sun. Will certainly come back.

We are a family of four adults and two children who booked for 1 week in this villa. The accommodation is very homely and equipped with everything needed for a self catering stay. The location and view are fabulous. The villa is traditional and many people would stop to take photos of it! The terrace on the roof is spacious and has sun loungers, a pool and and a nice seating area where we dined a few times, having made use of the bbq that is also there. We used the pool at the start of our break but mainly used the beach. The courtyard, which is an enclosed area outside of the kitchen and bedrooms is a lovely area for seating and our grandchildren enjoyed playing out there while waiting for us to head out. We ate out there also. There are three twin bedrooms, one ensuite and a family bathroom. The kitchen is big and has a dining table and chairs. The living room has a tv, chairs and a sofa. These spaces are open plan so flow into each other. The floors are all tiled. The manager called by to see if all was ok. This was prearranged. The bath towels and beach towels were changed mid week. The villa is in a handy location for the beach, shops and restaurants. The land train passes regularly. Its boarding stop is a two minute walk along the same street and the tuktuks are parked just above there and are a fun way to get around. Overall a great stay. I personally found the front bedroom a bit noisy during the night due to the traditional windows but no one else did. We would use again and would recommend to others.

Très bien située et très agréable Très bon séjour ! La situation et les équipements de la maison sont un vrai plus !

jolie maison très bien placée Très agréable maison avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Bien située dans Albufeira. Très propre, il ne manque rien. Néanmoins nous avons apprécié que les maisons autours ne soient pas occupées car cela doit être relativement bruyant quand tout est loué. Par ailleurs très bon contact avec l'agence qui est très efficace. Nous avions des problèmes de wifi qu'ils ont réglé dans l'heure et ils ont réservé le taxi pour notre transfert très matinal à l'aéroport.

Vi var en familie på 6 voksne personer, som var i huset sidst i maj. Der er en fantastisk tagterrasse med udsigt over havet. Dejlig beliggenhed lige ved stranden og få minutters gang til byen. Det er en "fest-by" med meget gang i gaderne - mange højrøstede engelske polterabend' er, men det er muligt at finde rolige restauranter i byen også. Vi havde lejebiler og parkerede i det nærliggende P-hus for 25 euro for en uge pr. bil. Tak for en dejlig uge !

Wer was erleben will und trotzdem einen schönen Badeurlaub verbringen möchte ist in diesem Haus perfekt aufgehoben. Wenn man auf der Dachterasse sitz fühlt man sich wie auf einem Schiff nur das es nicht schwankt. Zum Strand gehts über die Straße und eine treppe runter. (super)
