This Villa was perfect for the group of 7 blokes that stayed here. The Arcadia bar is about a 2min walk away and we ate and drank in there every day and at night they would arrange for taxis to get us into town. The Villa itself is very spacious and well kept, I found the pool to be to cold but the others in the group were fine with it. The new supermarket Aldi has just opened and is only 5 mins walk away. I'm looking to book this up for next year with the family.

Review of recent stay at the Gilsonia - Recently stayed at the Villa Golsonia, Vale de Parra with the family. We had a wonderful time and the accommodation was first class. We will be booking this resort again for next year but if available will be choosing the Villa Bento purely because of the pool. If you have young children, or in my case Grandchildren (4 & 6) then the Gilsonia pool is not ideal. Whilst the boys had a great time they had to wear flotation devices all of the time because neither could touch the bottom of the pool in the shallow end, and the only access was via a ladder, whilst the Bento which I have stayed in previously has walk in steps and a much shallower end suitable for the little ones. This is not a criticism, just a heads up for any one with young children. Have found AHR always very helpful and professional every time I have used them, would highly recommend. John Piller

House was very clean, we have everything we need (e.g. Iron, hair dryer, spices, special towels for pool). Contacs with host was very good (the office is near the property). We had a really good time in Villa Gilsonia!

Host molto disponibile e preciso, la villa è bellissima e confortevole, la cucina è molto attrezzata. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, abbiamo avuto a metà settimana anche il cambio asciugamani e a giorni alterni un tecnico della piscina è venuto a fare manutenzione e pulizia. Consigliatissimo

The Arcadia bar is about a 2min walk away and we ate and drank in there every day and at night they would arrange for a mini bus to get us into town. The Villa itself is very spacious and well kept, I found the pool to be to cold but the others in the group were fine with it. The supermarket is only 5 mins walk away, with enough in stock to get along with. We are already looking to book this up for next year.

Great house and pool - little bit cold water but its beginning of May. Great hosts. Good location - beach, shops, restaraunts are close.

Great Villa with good sized rooms, well maintained with a large pool. Local shops and bars very close by with everything that we needed, bars were quiet which suited us. The beach is within walking distance but the local taxi company was an ideal find as for 7€ each way to pretty much any beach in the area. All in all we had a nice week and the villa is well suited for families

We were a group of 3 couples and 2 kids.we arrived late and our keys were left in the key box but next morning we were wlelcomed by stafc of kaiser properties. My little baby which was 15 months had her own cot, only one minus-it was no baby seat-feeding chair but all villa was perfect and clean.we stayed there for 9 nights and towels were changed and villa was cleaned 2 times during our stay.outside dining and barbecue area very comfortable.pool was very clean and it's perfect for those who can swim.all residential area is nice and quiet, grocery/food shop is 5 min by walk. The nearest beach is 5 min drive by car and is so beautiful. It was a big pleasure to stay at this villa.thank you kaiser properties.

Excellente villa , très bien équipée , super bien située , vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermer , facilités d’accès + parking intérieur pour garer 3 à 5 voitures , la modernité n’est pas au rendez vous mais pour passer de super vacances cela suffit largement .

La casa è molto carina e funzionale. Ottima insonorizzazione interna. In una strada dove non si sentono rumori e si puó dormire senza problemi. Un questo periodo però meglio portarsi un buon anti zanzare. Cucina molto fornita. La proprietà è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Peccato la piscina non molto al sole. L’interno della casa è molto ordinato, minimal nel suo essere ma c’è tutto. L’esterno andrebbe sistemato un po’ di più in quanto a ordine. Ma per il resto non c’è nulla di cui lamentarsi.

Nice Villa, Great Pool & outside space The villa is a good size with 2 bedrooms with King size beds and 2 bedrooms with twin beds, there is also a Z-bed in one of the twin rooms. We found the beds very hard and would suggest that the owners consider foam toppers for these. There are 3 bathrooms, one is en-suite to a king size bed with walk in shower, another has walk in shower and the other has shower over the bath. All have a toilet, sink and bidet. There is a dining table in the kitchen and a further dining area off the lounge each have 6 chairs. The lounge itself has a corner sofa and a bean bag, and would comfortably seat 6/7. There is a barbeque area accessed via the kitchen door which also has an outside dining table. The barbeque itself could do with a refurb as the grill is currently balanced on some bricks and we found it very difficult to get a good heat as the coals can get no air under them, the addition of a base rack to allow air under the coals would be a good idea. The kitchen itself is reasonably well equipped however a 2 slice toaster in a property of this size is inadequate. The washing machine is outside in a cupboard next to the kitchen door. The whole of the inside is clean but could probably do with a bit of a refresh as some of the floor tiles are chipped and there are niggly things such as wardrobe doors not closing correctly, some switches and sockets that wobble (not dangerous at this stage) that could be easily rectified, there are also a few cracked tiles around the pool area and the barbeque area. The pool is a great size and very private. There are 8 sunbeds with pads and towels for these are provided and changed weekly. The pool is regularly maintained. The villa is in a good location 20-25 minutes walk from the closest beach. There is a new Aldi around 200 metres away and there are several small bars serving snacks within 500 metres. There is also a smaller local Favorita supermarket close to the Aldi. There are also several good restaurants within 1 km walk of the property. If you go to the "donkey" roundabout and go up, left or right you will find a restaurant within 5-10 mins walk. There are also 2 restaurants within 5 mins walk, found by turning left at the Malibu bar. Overall we had a great time and found the villa and area very nice, and would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Villa A great villa located approximately 15 minutes from Albuferia. The villa had everything that you needed and more. The cleaner visited regularly and the pool was well maintained. The only negative would be that the pool was very deep so it wouldn't be ideal for younger children, not a problem for us though. Locally there were several restaurants, supermarket and bars. The walk to the beach was approximately 20 minutes. The beach is beautiful. We did not hire a car whilst we were here but found the local taxi firm to be very efficient and reasonably priced. A fantastic family holiday and would not hesitate to book again.

Nice location handy for most things required for a relaxing break. Four good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample hanging space. All air conditioned. Kitchen area was nice size with reasonable amount of dishes and utensils. Good sized fridge. Outside BBQ was a nice touch but the grill was a bit on the small size if you had more than 4 people. The pool was very nice and well protected from being overseen by outsiders. Over all well maintained and clean. The cleaning lady did an excellent job. The building and patio area has numerous large cracks on its surfaces but this did not detract from our pleasure.

Nice clean villa villa. We stayed here with my daughter and son in law and two very small children. It is good that there is a gate that locks to the swimming pool. Cleaned to a high standard by local cleaner, who also kept the gardens beautiful. Quiet close and near to bar and restaurants as well as local supermarkets. Air con was good as we were fortunate to have hot weather.

The villa is great and the pool is even better, we wanted a decent sized villa with a big pool just to relax for the week and that is what this villa was. the Pool was big and it was deep as well! The villa inside isn't luxury however very homely! the WIFI was consistent speeds even with maximum devices running off it! We were a group of adults however the outdoor areas were well gated off well for small children. There is a mini supermarket in the village which is expensive however about 5 km away there is a bigger supermarket which you can do a big shop at and the fridge freezer is plenty big enough for storage. We didn't hire a car and taxis were really reasonably priced, for a chilled week the location is great, really peaceful but easy reach of ALbuferia for about 10 euros in the taxi( large groups ask for a van makes it cheaper or they will send two cabs) The village is fine, there is a few snack shops and if you turn Left on the main road there is a really nice restaurant, it looks French from the outsides because of the Patisserie counter but the food there is really nice at really good prices, ask what their specials are as some of the best dishes are not on the menu! The only criticism i would have which has made me give 4 not 5 star is communication after we got back we got the deposit back fine it was sent through the post, however an email would have been nice just to say that it was coming through the post rather than transfer as it did leave me panicked for a couple of weeks if we were getting it back! Overall i would recommend this villa, if you want to be able to walk to a lively resort center like Albuferia everynight then this is not the place for you, however if you want to be in easy reach to Albuferia with a big pool spacious villa without lots of noise then this is the perfect villa for a relaxing holiday! The property management company office is 30 seconds walk away from the villa and although we didnt have any problems in the week it was nice to Know that the help was there in case overall a really nice villa for a good price
